Erasmus+ Studies 2026/2027
Dear Students of the Medical University of Lodz,
We are pleased to announce that new recruitment for studies under the Erasmus+ program will begin in February 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain international professional and academic experience, develop intercultural competencies, and establish valuable contacts with participants and researchers from other universities around the world.

NOTE: Before participating in the recruitment process, every student interested in studying under the Erasmus+ program should first familiarize themselves with the recruitment requirements, which are described in the Erasmus+ 2026/2027 Study Regulations, and
- Refer to the List of Partner Universities and select up to five preferred ones (the current list will be available soon).
- Prepare a preliminary curriculum for these universities (30 or 60 ECTS).
Mandatory attachment to each ApplicationForm:
Applications are accepted exclusively online by completing the Application Form in the Forms application:
(Link active from February 1, 2026, 8:00 AM to March 6, 2026, 2:00 PM.)
Any application submitted without the required attachments will not be considered.
The lump sum travel cost will be paid after the mobility period ends and settlement with the university is completed, which means you must submit a set of documents with original signatures and stamps (or qualified electronic signatures) from the host institution.

Recruitment for studies under the Erasmus Plus Program for the academic year 2025/2026 will take place from May 05, 2025 to 12 May, 2025 until 2 p.m
The condition for accepting your application is that you send the completed Candidate Application Form together with the attachments you have at your disposal. Please send everything in one e-mail to agnieszka.dybilas@umed.lodz.pl
Before sending an email, make sure that:
- you have completed the personal data section
- the dean’s office has completed your grade average
- CNJO has confirmed your certificate, if you passed the exam or have a grade in the language course, please write from which year.
- if you are applying for additional points, the form contains confirmation from units such as AZS, the UM Choir, the Science Club or Buddy Program you have attached confirmation of publications or participation in conferences
- you have completed the part regarding the university you want to go to in the order of your preferences (enter only the universities you want to go to) and prepared an initial program worth 30 points ects. per semester for each of them.
- you have completed the data such as: period of stay, semester, information regarding the scholarship, consent to the processing of personal data
- you signed the document with the current date
These are the conditions that you must meet for the application form to be accepted.
You should receive a reply to the email you sent:
„Your Candidate Application Form has been accepted.”
If you have not received a response, it means that the above conditions have not been met.
